how would you interprete this poem's general meaning?

and what impression does it give to you?

I am the soil, know me shelter,
but fear me grumble and quake.

I am the wind, know me guide,
but fear me howl and storm.

I am the fire, know me warm,
but fear me hiss and devour.

I am the water, know me imbue,
but fear me whip and drag.

I am the lightning, know me light,
but fear me thunder and strike.

I am the tree, know me feed,
but fear me broaden and break.

I am the iron, know me shield,
but fear me clank and shape.

I am the frost, know me calm,
but fear me crackle and bury.

that nature has 2 sides. one which can help at times, but in some times, can cause harm
